404 error page showing after doing cash on delivery

    I have installed a theme here: https://goshitsposh.in/ with WordPress plugin.

    But After installing and proper CSS modification, I have seen that, shopping cart area and checkout area does not working properly.

    “Direct Bank Transfer” or “Cash On Delivery” did not work. After perfectly product purchase payment did not deduct from user account and summery page did not show. It is showing 404 error page. I hope this may woocommerce settings problem.

    So Please check into this matter very carefully. We need to solve it VERY URGENTLY.

    @bjsudipta after looking at your site, it appears that your theme or another third-party plugin is impacting the normal operation of WooCommerce.

    Please try first switching to the default Twenty Nineteen or Storefront theme to check if that resolves the issue. Do not use any custom code on those themes while testing them.

    If that resolves the issue, you’ll need to contact your theme’s developer regarding their template overrides.

    If that doesn’t help, the next test would be to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and test again. If that helps you can reactivate your plugins one at a time, until the issue retains. When you find the plugin causing the issue, contact it’s developer to have them correct their code.
