    Hi Jonathan,

I’m mapping WP User accounts to SF Contact records, and I’ve switched from syncing between my WP site and my SF developer account to using my client’s actual SF account, and I’m getting an error when I make changes in the WP User. It looks to me like its looking for a temp record to sync to and isn’t finding it. There are 2 error messages that get logged:

Error: Update Contact tmp_sf_5a188d23413e03.60930077 (WordPress user with ID of 16)

Provided external ID field does not exist or is not accessible: tmp_sf_5a188d23413e03.60930077

Error: 404: on Salesforce http request

    URL: https://na74.salesforce.com/services/data/v41.0/sobjects/Contact/tmp_sf_5a188d23413e03.60930077
Message: Provided external ID field does not exist or is not accessible: tmp_sf_5a188d23413e03.60930077
    Code: 404

    Any guidance would be appreciated!

    Thanks,
    ilana
