    Hi,

Duplicator is having issues (404/time out issues) creating packages after working flawlessly on a website I manage. But the log file says that the process is completing from what I can tell (see bottom).

How do I download the package and installer file if the process doesn’t complete? Via FTP from the wp-snapshots folder?

And do I need to rename them before using i.e. remove all the file info other than package name and installer.php?

I usually download the files to save as backup, rather than just leaving copies on the server.

    Thanks.

Yes the files will be in the wp-snapshots folder and you can just FTP them.

When you place them in the new directory it should be empty. You don’t need to rename the files.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks for the tips.

Duplicator is working flawlessly again due to the website being on a new a server.

I suspect it was server issues that was causing the time-outs, because they have stopped now.

    Thanks for the update!

    Cheers~
