404 error when i select any category

  • recently i changed my permalink from /%Category%/%postname%/ to
    /%postname%/ .

    i used the redirect plugin so that my previous permalink posts get redirected to the new link.

    The issue arises when i select any category.i cannot see any post under it and the surprising part is i cant see post under uncategorized category also.usually all default posts which arent under any category can be seen there..but here i cant see any post even though i got 34 posts under it.
