    Hi @shafeeqts,
    We have tested WP Contact Slider on our staging environment and it is working properly fine. It seems like one of the plugin/theme is conflicting with the plugin on your site. You need to deactivate the plugins one by one to check which one is conflicting also no one has reported this issue before.
