404 error when pinging Google News

    I am getting the following error message when I ping Google News using the plugin: “Ping Google News failed with response code: 404“

    When I go to Writing Settings, the following is listed under Update Services: https://rpc.pingomatic.com/

    Is anyone else getting this error or know how to fix it?
