404 Error with saving variable product

  • I am working on a variable product in Woocommerce. There are about 50 or so variations that I want. I have done this many times before with a smaller number of attributes, and it has worked fine. So I am unsure what the problem is now…

    I click on Add New product
    I add my attributes correctly
    I select them for variations and to show on the page
    I manually add the variations or do a ‘link all’
    I press Save draft

    then I get a 404 error page

    If I preview the product, it does not give an error, but the attributes are not available in the drop down menu.
    Permalinks set to ‘post name’ and ‘custom’ base

    Please help!

  • Hey Seneb, i have the same problem exactly. Do you know how to solve it? I spend a lot of hours but i don’t know what′s the issue… Can anyone help us? Thank you

    To this day I do not know what the problem was. I talked out the problem with my boyfriend, and it one day it just worked.
