  • Hi @nellie010203,

Thanks for getting in touch–I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with this! Glad to hear you’ve taken the time to do some conflict testing first, though it’s very strange to hear that WooCommerce appears to be the culprit! Let’s see if we can’t dig a bit deeper here.

First off, you may wish to double-check and make sure that you’re running the most up-to-date versions of all of your plugins, especially our plugins and WooCommerce. Once that’s done, we have a page on 404 errors in our Knowledgebase with some suggestions I’d like us to try next!

Please give it a look over whenever you have a moment, and let me know if you should have any questions as you go!

    Hi, thanks for the reply!

I’m sure it is a conflict as I deactivated all of the plugins and the issue only reappears when woocommerce is reactivated.

I can see individual events that I’ve created, but if I try to follow the link to ‘all events’ or simply go straight to the calendar from the link in the settings page, I get a 404 error.

It all works perfectly when woocommerce is deactivated so I don’t think any of the further diagnostic ideas in the article will help ??

All plugins are up to date too.

Thanks for following up! I’d strongly encourage you to give the link above a run-through even if it doesn’t seem to be helpful information–server or database issues can crop up in unexpected locations and may give the appearance of being plugin conflicts even when they’re originating elsewhere. Please give the steps a try and let us know what you’re able to find out! If you should fail to resolve your issues there, we’ll have a clearer direction of where to go next. ??

    Thank you!
