Please do the following:

WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Add a CleanTalk Pixel to improve IP-detection” to “Off” → Save Changes.

We have a fixed version of the plugin that should solve the issue: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip.

Go to WordPress Administrator Panel → Plugins.
Find the “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” plugin → Deactivate, then Delete.
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.
