404 errors on console

    Hi,

    We are getting many errors on the console in the pages the form using for the following files:
    site.com/page/css/form.css
    site.com/page/js/validation.js
    site.com/page/js/salesiqintegration.js

    Please let me know how to solve these issues? I am not using any cache / minify.
