In the default theme, with no changes at all, I’m getting error messages that the following media files are missing.

    /wp-content/themes/pure-line/library/media/images/change-close.png
    /wp-content/themes/pure-line/library/media/images/search-text-back.png
    /wp-content/themes/pure-line/library/media/images/search-text-corners.png
    /wp-content/themes/pure-line/library/media/images/field-text-left-right.png
    /wp-content/themes/pure-line/library/media/images/logout.png

I’ve already fixed these myself by removing the calls to these files. But I’m not sure why those files would be missing in the first place.

  • How did you install theme? By ftp? not zipped, but upload all files? Thereshould be an error in transporting file. Try to upload zip file theme through upload theme.

Installed via the wordpress theme installer. I’ve redownloaded it to find that the files are missing from the theme package totally.

I misspoke above, I am not able to find where these files are being called from within WordPress at all. They’re certainly not being called within the Theme, but something is expecting them to be there.

Try to contact the owner of the theme. It is mistake of reviewers and developer unfortunately.

And thus the post here, as this is the link for the “support” tab of the theme.

Thank you though, it’s not a huge deal. I wanted to clean up my error logs a bit so that I could identify real issues.

Where are your errors shown? WP_DEBUG? We can find them. What is the name of theme?
