404 Errors after after new episode

Hello,
we use podlove for our new podcast. Unfortunately every time we publish a new episode, the other pages of our site do not work anymore. A 404-Error occurs … After deactivating and afterwards reactivating the Plugin, everything works fine again … It seems, that something is wrong with the permalinks … Has anybody seen this problem before? Thanks in advance
