404 for any prettylink

We just recently set up a new wordpress site because the old one disappeared.

We are now trying to set up the pretty-links for one of our funnels but it seems any pretty link I try to create just goes to:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

For example currently set up is a pretty link that is suppose to go to:

https://www.hightickettrainer.com/mattie-conklin

The pretty link for it is:

https://brandoncarter.com/10
