    Hi @rbennett

    That is the full path to the file after it is uploaded via EDD and it’s protected that is why you get a 403 error when trying to open it.

    After a customer places the order they will receive a different link, encrypted and the user does not see the real file path. The link that the customer receives is in the Purchase Receipt email and it’s added automatically via the {download_files} code.
