404 for non-existant pages without a referral page

    I’m getting some weird notifications about 404s on non-existance pages that also don’t have a referral page…. is this a bot/hacker?

    Example:

    Bummer! You have one more 404

    404 Path /wp-content/uploads/seo_script.php
    IP Address 217.168.155.84
    Time 2018-08-06 08:12:49
    Referral Page
    Alert sent by the 404 to 301 plugin for WordPress.
