    Hello,

In google analytics I see these 404 errors since friday –
    /404.html?page=/themes/crowd2/theme-files/public/fonts/default&from=
    /404.html?page=/themes/crowd2/theme-files/public/js&from=
    /404.html?page=/themes/crowd2/theme-files/public/fonts/fontello/css&from=

Wordpress updated last wednesday to the latest version.
I cannot see any issues with the site myself on chrome or edge or safari..

Any ideas how these are occurring, analytics will not show where they are coming from..

    Thanks,
    Leeona

Your crowd2 theme seems to be the error.

Since you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Hi,

This issue only started occurring after the upgrade of WordPress. The first instance was on the 4th of February, I have a screenshot of this.
I checked the folder structure and the files are all in the correct folders so I don’t know why this 404 is happening.
I contacted the hosts and everything is fine from their side but its becoming more common this 404 error..
I don’t see any issue on the site itself.
It looks like a direct call to the fonts is creating a 404.

    Thanks

Try MANUALLY updating. Download WordPress again and unzip it, and use that to copy up. Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. (NOTE: do not delete the?wp-content?directory or your?wp-config.php?file). Please read the Manual Update directions first.

Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups! See https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/wordpress-backups/
