404 image error

the fisrt one is the new image

I noticed from the link in media my images appear like this

Is this right or am I doing something wrong when uploading them

That links to the image file itself – which looks fine but if you’d rather link to the image in its own page (complete with your theme’s look & feel), then ensure that you select “Attachment Page” in the Attachment Display Settings -> Link To dropdown before you insert the image.
