404 issues

Hi

Your plugin looks greeat but i have some questions about 404 redirection:

I need to add all 404 errors or its enought to add a redirection from 404 page to for example home??? its enought add the directory for example mysite.com/category or i need to add to mysite.com/category/post1 mysite.com/category/post2….

Does the plugin automatically detect 404 errors?
