404 Logs Not Populating

    I have installed rankmath on my website durvient.com and have also turned on 404 monitor in rankmath however 404 logs are not popping up despite visitors are reporting 404 page.

    I had custom 404 page set in the theme settings which has been turned off however custom404 page still pops up on each invalid URL.

    The website is automatically showing 404 page (a custom page created).

    Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    In this case, please recreate the Rank Math tables by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status > Tools > Database Tools and click on the Recreate Missing Database Tables to see if that works for you.

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

    Thank you for the suggestion, tried but logs are still not populating. It’s been 19 hours since it was implemented.

    Hello @marcopolo11,

    We tried visiting a random page and there isn’t seem to be any 404 status code returned as you can see in the screenshot here: https://i.rankmath.com/i/Buuxea

    Please ensure that your 404 template returns an actual 404 status code and Rank Math should be able to log it in the 404 Monitor.
