Whenever editing a form when I click on the domainname.com/wpgforms/formtitle link, I always get a 404 message. Additionally, whenever I copy the short code to a page on my site, I get something that looks like this: https://sibleyvideo.com/services/weddings/. Obviously the problem there is that there isn’t an option to select anything from the dropdown or click the submit button, it’s all just text.

I’m sure I must’ve missed something really simple somewhere along the lines here, but for some reason I haven’t figured out what it is. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    You have two problems:

    1. The 404 problem can be fixed by temporarily setting your permalinks back to the WordPress default, saving them, then changing them again back to your desired settings and save again. This will will force the permalinks to be rewritten and will (usually) resolve the 404 issue.
    2. The second issue is due to Google changing the structure of Google Forms. Read this post on background of this change and this post on how to resolve it.
