    Hi

    When someone registers to my site their default is a subscriber. A subscriber can’t post adverts. However if a subscriber goes to post an advert I want them to be led to the payment page or something but instead of that it is coming up ‘404 not found’ do you have any idea why this might be ?

    Unfortunately the support scope on the www.ads-software.com channel does not cover logging in and troubleshooting.

    No problem.
    It seems like something that must be really simple. I just need to know where to change that url ?

    @ahamaton, I hope you had a great weekend. ??

    I will need a list of plugins installed as this is not a default feature of PMPro to redirect users away from a page.

    Thank you for your patience, are you running any custom code from within your theme’s functions.php file that may alter functionality of PMPro?

    If you temporarily switch your theme to TwentySeventeen does this redirect still occur?

    I do not see any plugin that will alter the PMPro default functionality.

    I think there may be a customisation. I’m reluctant to switch to 2017 as when I do that I tend to lose formatting on the site.

    I might try that in the morning though as I should be able to restore to a backup before I’ve done any more work then

    Cheers, Andrew

    Thank @ahamaton, definitely make a full site backup before troubleshooting this issue.

    Sorry I am not able to assist you further.

    No problem, thanks for trying Andrew !

    I figured it out Andrew, it was just a simple theme setting, where the url needed to be changed

    Hi @ahamaton, thank you for the feedback.

    Glad to hear it was something simple ??

    Have a great day further!

    I knew it was, I just couldn’t remember. I’ve come across a theme customisation I want to do , which again I know is a general setting but cant remember where to find that either (-;
    Cheers
