    Hi,

I can’t see the registration page. I thought it might be because of plugins/theme, but I tested it on a clean page with a different theme, without any pages or content and it still gave the same error 404.

I’ve tried to put what I assume is the shortcode [seatreg code=605a93d04a] for my registration form, but I still get the same error.

    What could be the issue?

That is really strange indeed. I have tested locally and using online tools (like https://tastewp.com/) but cant reproduce the problem. Did you do the testing on a totally different WordPress installation site? I still have a feeling that there is some sort of conflict with the plugins. Are you using some site building plugin?

One site is usint gutenberg and another one is using elementor.

On the elementor site, i tried to disable all plugins, but still got the same error. Really cant understand why its not working….

I ll try tastewp.com, maybe im doing something wrong with the registration environment….

It would be very nice if you can reproduce the issue on testwp.com
Make sure you mark down all the steps so I can also try to reproduce it.

Hi again, sorry for the delay.

I found the issue. It’s permalink structure.

The issue appears only on plain and month and name permalink structure.

The thing is, the site im working on, only works on plain permalink structure, i have no idea why…

Any chance you could offer a solution in an upcoming update?

Hey. Thank you. I was able to reproduce the issue. Also created a ticket in GitHub.
I investigated a little but currently not sure how to solve the problem. So cant give any ETA

I updated the plugin to version 1.53.3. It should now have support for Plain permalinks.
