    Hello,

I had restore a uploaded files using WPvivid. The restoration was succeeded and the website did popout a notification. However, only homepage looks normal but other pages show 404 not found. After I resaving the permalink setting still have this issue. The pages only ok when I switch the setting to “Plain”.

Would you please help me resolve this issue?

    Thank you

    Hello @thoongchunonn

The problem can be with the Apache config file. You can try to change the value of ‘AllowOverride’ from None to All, see this screenshot. After that, restart Apache server.

You may need to contact the server manager to do it for you if you are not.

    All the best,

    Hi @tonyrobins

I found value of ‘AllowOverride’ need to be changed within the <Directory></Directory> directive that corresponds with the website directory.

This issue is solved and thanks for your help.

    Best regards.
