404 not found on download

    For the individual enteries when I try and click Download this single entry as a file.

    For the .csv it works fine.

    For the .xlsx

    …/gravityexport-lite/edee47388c73a7acbaeb4ed8b1c15c44.xlsx?entry=135

    I get a 404 error

    Not Found

    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Hi @lucytech,

    A likely reason for this might be a custom .htaccess file that has specific rules for .xlsx files.

    That URL with either .csv or .xlsx goes through the same endpoint in WordPress. If this error occurs, it is most likely a server configuration. In addition, the Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request points towards an error outside of WordPress. Which means that the URL is not routed through WordPress.

    So please check your .htaccess for any custom rules. If you need help, please send that file to doeke[at]gravitykit.com and I will take a look.
