404 not registering

  • Plugin is not registering 404 errors. I typed in a dodgy url which redirected to the home page and didn’t register a 404.

    is there some basic tests and checks i can perform to validate or test.

    I think you’ve answered your own question – it redirected to the home page. Why is it doing that? That will cause 404s not to be registered.
