404 on existing posts

  • Hello, I’ve got a problem here. I have permalink structure

    /%category%/%postname%

    and most of my posts work fine.
    But lately some are not working. For example I have post with id 3273 and name Maria Holic in Category M (permalink would be m/maria-holic), when i go to

    mydomain/m/maria-holic

    or

    mydomain/?p=2373

    i get 404 error even though post exists. This only happened to few posts out of ~2k and I have no clue what could have cause it. Anyone have ideas why it happened and how it can be fixed?
