Hi Chris,

I’m sorry that you’re having an issue with the permalinks on your site! I took a look at Google, and I didn’t find much that sounds like it differs from what you already found.

Could you send your System Status Report (in your dashboard > WooCommerce > Status), as well as test this with all your other plugins disabled except WooCommerce? It’s possible that it’s a plugin conflict. If you can access your PHP logs, take a peek there to see if you are seeing an error, as well.
