404 on pages under single category

Hi,

I am getting a 404 error on the pages within a certain category. all other pages show up fine, even the category page but anything placed under that gives me a 404. when i move the pages to another category, they function properly. i tried deleting the category and recreating it but i am still getting the problem. any suggestions?
