404 on Settings tab

Hello. Have Ithemes Security installed. All was fine. Was hiding backend. Suddenly, when I click the Settings tab, I get a 404. All other tabs are fine. Any idea why this might happen? I removed and reinstalled the plugin but same issue. Thanks.
