    Hi Marie,

    Environment that allows you to edit your php.ini is, the environment that you can use the command-line(shell).
    The command-line (mediafromftpcmd.php), there is no execution time limit.
    Please use the mediafromftpcmd.php.

    Hi yes I did. I did step 1 and 3 and the cron is running but no new files are added. SSH is not enabled on that account yet.
