404 page does not return

I have just done a fresh install of my wordpress website and i do not want to use the 404 redirected plugin anymore so i uninstalled it but all my previously redirected pages now takes forever to load and will never return 404 error page, how can i fix this please
example of pages affected are:
https://www.freshoutng.com/2013/02/18/lace-feere-whistle/
i want every deleted pages to return 404 error page
