404 Page not found

My site was experiencing a problem where the admin panel was showing as all text and not allowing me to access any of the links. I contacted support and they were able to bring it back up. Since then, my Pretty Links plugin has stopped working. When I access the link, it returns a 404 page not found on this server error message. When I click the “Target” link under the link title, it works. However, when I click the ‘Pretty Link’ link, it returns the same 404 error. The click counter never increases. I have tried deactivating and deleting Pretty Links and then reinstalling it but that has not helped.
