    Hi there,

    I don’t know if this is directly related to Jetpack stats, as it normally wouldn’t affect your site’s permalinks. In any case, try going to your site’s Settings -> Permalinks page, and click on Save Changes. If that doesn’t fix it, it might be a similar setting in the WooThemes theme options. Have a look at their options, and if you can’t find anything there, maybe contact WooThemes support to ask them. In any case,let me know what you turn up and if you are able to fix this issue.
