404 Page on more link

If I view and event it works well. If I click on ‘more’ I get a 404 error.
I have followed the troubleshooting here:
https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/troubleshooting/Including regenerating the permalinks and resaving Events > Settings > Pages > Event Lists/Archives
What else can I do?
