404 page/page not found whenever i click other links on my account page

    Hi, I need help with your plugin because I set the login page to redirect to the default woocommerce my account page then whenever I logged in when I clicked the other links at the side (from orders up to logout) it always goes to the 404 page/page not found. You can try to register and login to see what im talking about.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure I understand what the problem is.

    I see it currently redirects to the home page after logging in.

    Did you set the account page in UsersWP > UsersWP > Login > Login Redirect Page?

    Let me know exactly what the problem is.

    hi,

    its not the redirection that I have problems with. Upon logged-in, I redirected it to the default woocommerce “My account” page. I have no problems with the redirection. You can see the problem here in this link > https://treblinkcorp.com/my-account/

    The problem is that in the My Account page well after logged in, its fine in the dashboard but when I click the other links or tabs like Orders, Downloads, Addresses, Payment methods, Account details and even Logout, it always goes to the 404 page / page not found. What do you think might be the cause of this? Also I saw one of your add-on is for Woocommerce in which the links or pages that are mentioned here (like Orders etc.) are automatically added to the account page (which is in the Users WP Profile page) when I purchase the add-on. I might be thinking that in the free version of UserWP, the plugin disables these pages on the default Woocommerce My Account page (and goes to 404 page) in order to purchase the add-on isn’t it?

    The first thing to try is to simply save your permalinks page, Settings > Permalinks > Save.

    Hi,
    I tried to save the permalinks around 6 times plus clearing the caching plugins. The problem is still there.

    Also additional question, where in the settings can I change the user role of the registrant? Because it seems the user is registered by default as a subscriber. I want to change it as a customer.

    Hi Toni,

    UsersWP should not cause these pages to return a 404 error. If you deactivate, UsersWP do these links work? If not, the problem is not UsersWP, and we cannot help you.

    In that case, you should ask to WooCommerce to help you out.

    I tried to do a plugin compatibility check. The links worked when UsersWP is deactivated. I think I have to change another login plugin but your plugin is great. Its just that it’s not compatible with other plugins currently installed. I might use it on other projects.
