404 Page Problem

  • Not sure what happened but when I click on any product thumbnail on my site I end up at a 404 page product not found. Can anyone please help me out, I just started the site and have it on google ads, now this happens.

  • It seems all the URLs for native WordPress posts and pages work on your site. So this is an issue with the AliExpress dropshipping plugin that’s behind these “product” pages.

    Go to SETTINGS => PERMALINKS in your WordPress dashboard to re-save your permalinks to see if that fixes the problem.

    If that doesn’t solve the problem, please get in touch with the vendor of the commercial plugin you’re using for your AliExpress dropshipping site for help: they built and sold the plugin, and they should be in the best position to help you fix the issue with the product you purchased from them: https://alidropship.com/contact/

    I believe you are using custom rewrite rules to remove “product_cat” taxonomy slug from your URLs, which is breaking your product page URL mapping to the correct object.

    You can confirm this by installing Query Monitor. You need to visit any product page, then see the request panel under Query Monitor. It will list the matched rule and matched query.

    Yes its an Aliexpress site. Still cant figure it out. I put an email into alidropship but they dont work weekends as far as I know.

    Yes, I am aware of that, but it uses the same taxonomy slug as WC:

    Anyhow, the issue seems to be resolved now.
