404 Page – Template Won’t Show

Make sure the template you have created via Theme Panel > My Library, should be published.

And please share the snapshot of your template.

@abhikr781 I can confirm that the template is published and it still doesn’t show up. I’m on holidays at the moment but will post a screenshot when I return home in about a week. Thanks for your help.

The background belongs to the section not the page. It is a single photoshop image at the moment and I appreciate it doesn’t format well between desktop, tablet and mobile view. I will build it up using individual elements and add a home button for the final page.

I tried on local by following the tutorial and the template is showing in the list and working properly, seems you are missing some steps.

Please create a new template and check.
