404 Page When Updating Plugin Settings

First of all, thanks for an awesome plugin!

I’m having an issue with it on one site. When I save the settings it takes me to a 404 page. I can view the settings page for the plugin just fine, but when I click update, the URL remains the same (www.website.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=real-time-find-and-replace), but I’m hitting a 404 page.

Have you heard of that issue happening before?

I’ve tried disabling our caching and security plugins, but that didn’t solve the problem.
