404 pages are showing home page

    I have exactly the same problem.

    Not much to screenshot. The first response is 404, another invalid request leads to the home page being displayed.

    404s are usually not pages in WP dashboard, so most of the users cannot select 404 page from your menu.

    Please let us know if there is any workaround.
