404 Pages have Noindex

    Hi guys

    Busy with a new client’s site.
    Within Redirection, there are a bucket load of 404 pages, when manually inspecting these URLs, they have a Noindex tag on them.

    Im trying to figure out how these pages got this Noindex tag as i did not implement them.
