404 redirect behindpopup

    I created the popup as I have in year’s past. However, this time it’s displaying a 404 redirect in the background instead of the home page. How do I fix this? I loaded my image, and when I entered page points to info, I chose custom URL, and enter my URL. WHen I preview, the image I loaded appears great, but the image isn’t clickable to have it go anywhere and my 404 redirect page displays in the background. I’ve tinkered around with the setting with no success. Help!
