404 when creating new post objects with same attributes

When I create a new post using the ACF Post Object field I receive a 404 page. The post object is a list of reviews for classes. Without filling in the title, I select a class that has already been reviewed. I have other fields such as instructor (text area) and Provider (Renamed for categories). Without filling in the title (which was the point of having the post object) and clicking publish after filling in the required field of instructor a new post is not created. When I attempt to view post it sends me to my redirect 404 page. This is the case when I create any post with the Post-Object and not manually entering in a title.
