404 when searching by offer

I have a few properties on a test site that are all set to “for rent”. When searching by keyword or number of bedrooms everything works as expected but when I choose an option from the offer dropdown (whether ‘for rent’ or ‘for sale’), the search returns a 404.

Please advise.
