404 when sorting, changing list/grid or anything

    I have the same problem, and have done a bit of digging.

    If I change my permalinks settings to “plain”, sorting works.

    When I change my permalinks back to “Post name”, the error comes back.

    So, when peramlinks = “plain”, this bit of code is added to the URL when I click one of the sorting icons:

    URL.com/?p-123&columns=4&rows=6&order=DESC&orderby=date&view=grid

    But when I change the permalinks back to “Post name”, the URL structure changes to:

    URL.com/movies/archives/4:6/date/DESC

    I can take the &columns=4&rows=6&order=DESC&orderby=date&view=grid bit and apply it to the 2nd url (with permalinks = “Post name”), and that’ll work. Strange.
