• I’ve moved a localhost development website to a remote website, and suddenly the front end designer is not working.

I see a box with a grey border where the saved template should be, and a 404 error for:

    XMLHttpRequest > responseURL: "https://staging.example.com/wp-content/udraw/storage/insight/output/5f59919bf0bfc.xml?oKWT5aKAHQ3XHE5l"

Strangely, the username I am logged in with is different to “insight”.

I’ve replaced the plugin with a brand new copy downloaded from the WP repository.

    Help appreciated.

The way I build the remote site is to use WP Migrate DB Pro, which makes a copy of the local db with URLs replaced.

If I uninstall and reinstall the uDraw plugin through the remote dashboard the issue remains.

I thought uDraw might need to grab a free license, which was a duplicate conflict through WP Migrate DB Pro before.
