404/Directory Issues?

  • I have the following message displaying when you travel to any location other than the main page of my blog:

    The requested URL /category/photo_opinion_2/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I just moved the site from an old host to a new one. In the root directory. Can anyone take a look an give me some advice?

  • Visit Settings -> Permalinks and re-save them (or set to default, save, then back to what you want). See if that helps. At a guess, you’re missing the .htaccess file.
