404ing after enabled post expiration to articles

Hi

i have setup plugin on local server, activation work fine on this version, after i had published post and then enabled post expiration to articles, set article as draft , article display only when user is logged in cms, saying “Post expires at 3:40am on Tuesday January 19th, 2016” when user is not logged into cms , post redirect to 404 page..

could it possible , not to display 404 page in plugin for articles which has been moved to draft ?
