406 Error

I run 1.3-a4 and all seems smooth, until I tried to post with the main body of the text containing the word/phrase “.htaccess” this caused a 406 error with the description: “An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/post.php could not be found on this server.”
It turns out that removing the . from the front solves the problem, still, a weird one.
