406 Error when editing templates

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to update my theme templates and files via the Theme Editor and have come up with this error consistently:

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/theme-editor.php could not be found on this server

I’ve done a search for this error message on WP already and found two references, however the threads were closed without an resolution.

I upgraded WP to 2.6 yesterday, but I was having this problem before the upgrade too.

For the moment, I have been FTPing my new templates and stylesheets directly to the wp-content/themes/** folder so I can see my changes, but I can’t access FTP from work =[ (yes, I use my work’s connection and software to distract me from actually doing work…=]

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
