406 Not Acceptable

My webhost support told me this.

“Dont use : / ../ ../ paths. The security rules in mod_security shows 406 instead. There are very common that requests trying to access important files on our servers by accessing protected documents higher up in the root.

Use abosolute path instead like this: /home/”username”/public_html/ to avoid 406.”

So… How i do this in Htaccess??
